My name is Lenny Chavez Baron, and I am originally from the Philippines. I am a proud mother of three and a dedicated early years educator with over 12 years of experience working in Montessori nurseries, as well as 5 years in a large school setting. I hold a Pre & Primary Teaching Diploma from the International Teachers Training Institute in Kolkata, India, which integrates both Montessori and EYFS methodologies.

Throughout my career, I have actively pursued professional development to continuously enhance my skills and knowledge. I have recently attended various Montessori training sessions, short courses, and CPD (Continuing Professional Development) programs, including training in fire safety, food handling, proper hygiene, and Basic Life Support. My passion lies in nurturing young children's development through a balanced approach that encourages independence, curiosity, and a lifelong love of learning.
